Parking Use

By purchasing parking through Pilsen Parking, you are purchasing the right to park your vehicle during the selected time period at the selected lot location.

Parking is valid only for:

• the selected lot

• the purchased time period

• the registered vehicle

Your license plate acts as your parking pass.

No App Required

Pilsen Parking operates through a mobile web experience. No app download is required to purchase parking.

Parking Availability

Parking availability is limited and based on active inventory at each lot.

A completed payment confirms your parking session for the selected timeframe.

Parking Session Timing

Your parking session begins at the selected or purchased start time and expires at the listed expiration time shown during checkout and confirmation.

Vehicles remaining after expiration may be subject to:

• additional charges

• towing enforcement

• ticketing

Grace Period

Pilsen Parking may provide a 15-minute grace period after expiration time.

The grace period:

• does not guarantee protection from enforcement

• may be modified or removed at any time

• is intended only as a temporary extension opportunity

Users are responsible for monitoring their parking session time.

Vehicle Information

Customers are responsible for entering accurate:

• license plate

• vehicle state

• vehicle type

• vehicle make/model if requested

Incorrect information may result in enforcement action.

Refunds & Cancellations

Parking sessions may be canceled before the parking session start time for a full refund.

Once a parking session has started:

• refunds are generally not available

• unused time is non-refundable

Towing & Enforcement

Vehicles may be subject to towing or enforcement if:

• parked without payment

• parked outside the purchased timeframe

• parked in unauthorized areas

• violating posted lot rules

Tow enforcement partners may access active session status information for operational purposes only.

Liability & Parking Disclaimer

Pilsen Parking is a parking payment platform operated by Bario Valet LLC.

Parking locations listed on this platform are independently owned and operated by their respective lot owners and operators.

By parking at any listed location, you acknowledge and agree that:

• you park at your own risk

• Bario Valet LLC and participating lot owners are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged vehicles

• Bario Valet LLC and participating lot owners are not responsible for lost or stolen personal property left inside vehicles

Please:

• lock your vehicle at all times

• secure valuables out of sight

• be aware of your surroundings while entering or exiting parking facilities

Barrio Valet LLC acts solely as a parking payment and parking session management platform and does not assume custody, control, or responsibility for vehicles parked at participating lots.

Vehicle owners remain fully responsible for:

• vehicle security

• compliance with posted lot rules

• parking within their purchased timeframe

Use of this service constitutes acceptance of these terms.

Taxes & Fees

Applicable parking taxes and fees are included or displayed during checkout.

Tax rates may vary based on:

• location

• duration

• city regulations

Privacy

Customer information is collected only for:

• parking session management

• payment processing

• operational analytics

• enforcement verification

Payment information is securely processed through Stripe.

Pilsen Parking does not store full payment card information.

Changes of Terms

Pilsen Parking reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
